I just interviewed with DaVinci Vaporizer for a job doing graphic design and potentially web design. I feel like it went well and was a success by the simple fact that invited me in on Friday to demonstrate my competencies and creative vision in person. I’m totally looking forward to this because this company fits the ideal company to work for in my line of work. Advancing fast, growing and evolving as the definitive competitor in the industry of weed vapes with really cool down to earth people to work with.

Establishing a long term relationship.
I was recently contacted by someone who needed web development done for their systems. Instead of approaching this opportunity like any other job I considered this to be more of a independent contracted project. This means I’ll have to do the quoting of what needs to be done and for what duration the project will require to develop. The relationship should begin with transparency and trust. This way if the time estimations are inaccurate, discussions can emerge on new optimized optimizations as soon as the opportunity arises. It’s unlikely for an estimation to be 100% accurate all of the time and this is understandable. The backing behind the skills and experience required to complete the project should be a contributing factor to the confidence needed for an accurate projection.
